The prices for the items are given at the moment of ordering in our onlineshop.
These are the final prices of the item including the VAT taxes of Luxembourg.
Only the price for shipping is added. For all countries, the shipping costs are shown at the moment of ordering. If a country is not listed please contact us for a quote.
The order is shipped after payment is achieved
The order is shipped by a logistic firm (DPD in general). The delivery of the order is directly and confirmed by a signature, the order is not delivered to a post storage. If the order can not be recepted, the client is informed and must contact the logistic firm. If this does not happen, the order returns after 3 days to us, in that case the client gets back the total amount of his order but the order is canceled.
The expedition of your order happens only after our confirmation , the time of delivery depends on each country and therefore no general delivery time can be given.
We inform the client about the beginning and ending of the delivery time as possible.
The client must allow us an extension concerning the delivery time, after that he can cancel the order if the order is not yet ready.
The client is not allowed to claim for compensation if we have a delay of delivery.
